Details

A blend of 78/17/5% pinot grigio/pinot blanc/pinot noir. The coupling of the varieties makes for an interesting and textural white wine. There's a good deal of oatmeal and toasty spice layered into golden delicious apple, cumquat, mandarin juice characters with flickers of rosemary herbal detail and a touch of white pepper. It's a decidedly savoury white wine, and great for it, with high refreshment factor landing, too. Delicious. MIKE BENNIE, Halliday Wine Companion
