8 Wired Brewing is inspired by the legendary Kiwi can-do mentality and fellow craft brewers who have dared to challenge the masses and show us all that beer is no longer “just beer!” Crafted by Soren Eriksen, a nomadic Danish brewer who has finally found permanent ground in Marlborough, New Zealand. 8 Wired Brewing was founded only in 2009, but what a name the Marlborough based craft brewer has made for itself in the time since. Headed by Søren Eriksen, the brewery was crowned the Champion New Zealand Brewery at the prestigious Brewers Guild of New Zealand Awards in 2011, and was also the first New Zealand brewery to claim a spot on RateBeer’s Best Brewers in the World list for 2012, coming in 68th out of more than 12,000 candidates globally. 6 of the top 10 beers from Australia and New Zealand were also 8 Wired beers! www.tengreenbottles.com
