Poppelvej is the tiny, shed-sized winery from Danish Somm-turned-winemaker, Uffe Deichmann and his brother Jens. Gewurztraminer from Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. Wild fermented, 7 days on skins. Aged in large format oak on full lees for 11 months. Floral and light with notes of elder flower and stone fruits, perfect balanced with up front acidity.
