SPECIAL VALUE - I've mentioned before that when I lived in the Eden Valley we referred to this wine as 'Eden Valley San Pellegrino', such was its constant presence in the fridge for rehydration purposes. It's just a consistently cracking drink, with classic regional characters of Bickford's lime cordial, green apple, Christmas lily, crushed stone and white flowers.
