O'Leary Walker
David OLeary and Nick Walker together had more than 30 years experience as winemakers working for some of the biggest Australian wine groups when they took the plunge in 2001 and backed themselves to establish their own winery and brand. Initially the principal focus was on the Clare Valley, with 10ha of riesling, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and semillon the main plantings; thereafter attention swung to the Adelaide Hills, where they now have 25ha of chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, shiraz, sauvignon blanc and merlot.
