SATURDAY 20th AUGUST - 12 to 2pm Nebbiolo has slowly made its way into the hearts and minds of many a wine lover. Here, the Australian consumer has embraced the variety with gusto and while Barolo and Babaresco are household names the grapes many guises both throughout Italy and closer to home make it an exciting varietal to explore. Its lilting aromatics, complex nose and bracing structure are incredibly unique and at once utterly beguiling. Of late the Langhe Hills has been producing some of the most stunning examples that are all but Barolo or Barbaresco in name. Other regions like Roero have been gaining ground with wonderfully soft and pliant versions while the revitalisation and growing interest in areas like Valtelina and Gattinera make fascinating and wholly unique versions of this ethereal grape. At home in Australia, we have spent decades exploring what this variety can do. With our growing experience in the vineyard, winemaking nounce and just the right amount of obsession to try to find the perfect spot, homegrown versions of nebbiolo are the best they have ever been. Join us Saturday for a deep dive into the many forms this variety can take from across Italy and Australia.   Benotti Rosavica Langhe Nebbiolo Nebiulina 2021  Cascina Roccalini Barbaresco 2018 Anselma Barolo 2016 Arpepe Rosso di Valtellina 2020 Arpepe Valtellina Superiore Pettirosso 2018 Antoniotti Bramaterra 2016 Massolino Langhe Nebbiolo 2019 Albino Rocca Langhe Nebbiolo Rosso di Rocca 2020 Albino Rocca Nebbiolo d'Alba 2019 Adelina Nebbiolo 2018 Mauro Veglio Angelo Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 Mauro Veglio Barolo 2018 Dirupi Valtellina Superiore 2018 Gianfranco Alessandria Barolo 2017 Rizzi Barbaresco 2018 Rizzi Barbaresco Pajore 2019
