Details

Black raspberry, cherry and anise adorn this compact, mid-weight pinot. The tannins are a feature here, building quickly on the palate towards the firm, cocoa finish where a persistent charry grip holds court. The fruit adopts a savoury edge with black olive appearing at the end of a fairly long finish. This will need time in bottle to come together and absorb its notable structure.
