Details

A fumé blanc style here, implying oak barrel time and lees maturation. It opens with snow pea and lime, grassiness and passionfruit with whiffs and licks of almond and light porridge characters. There's depth but great energy, a chalkiness to texture to keep things bound and fresh, good length and persistence of lemony energy in its refreshing and generous conclusion.
