Mi Terruno
Mi Terruno is sent in Mendoza, Argentina. The vineyard is 35+ years old, sitting at 400m altitude. The Sant Rosa vineyard is farmed by Maria Eugenia Baigorria & Sergio Giménez, based on sandy soils in a dry continental climate. Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration before fermentation. 15 days of fermentation in stainless steel and natural malolactic fermentation. PWS
