Lointier
Garagiste winemaker Jean and Helene Baptist Lointier have been growing both Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier across 3 hectares of vines since 2007, however prior to 2016 the harvest was vinified by others.
Very much a home-grown operation, the winery and their home occupy the same premises, with a small production (entirely in-house) of 4,000 bottles per annum.
The label follows organic and sustainable farming methods, with minimal intervention in the winery to produce a range of Ultra Brut Champagnes that have been aged in oak barrels and amphora.
The resulting wines reflect both their origins in the Vallee de la Marne, and the incredible detail paid to the entire production process – beautifully balanced wines to delight and enjoy. Prancing Horse Fine Wines
