These sustainably caught sardines are steeped in a sauce of organic tomatoes and olive oil and deliver the punchy flavours of the Mediterranean. For a perfect breakfast dish, preheat the oven to 200°C, place sardines and sauce in the bottom of an oven-proof serving dish, and heat until bubbling, top with eggs and return to the oven for about 5 minutes or until the egg whites are set. Enjoy with toast.
