Winemaker Germán R. Blanco crafts La Bicicleta Voladora with a focus on organic farming, minimal intervention and pure expression. His aim is to make "drinkable, honest Rioja" with low extraction and no excess oak.
Bright, unoaked white with citrus and stone fruit. Crisp, fresh and aromatic.
