This 2025 Pet-Nat is a proper field blend from their own vineyard up in Whitlands, made up of all sorts of wild-card grapes - think Scheurebe, Kerner, Ehrenfelser, Muscat Ottonel, plus a mix of Pinot Gris, Noir, Meunier, Gewürz, and a splash of Chardonnay. Basically, if it sounded fun to grow, it went in. It’s bright, fizzy, and built to be smashed cold on a sunny day. Pure good vibes in a bottle, no overthinking required.
