This has grown to be an incredibly popular tasting over the years and offers one of the most fascinating, interesting and wonderfully ranges from any tasting that we put on in any year. While we have previously concentrated on the Aeolian Isles, Corsica, Sardinia, Mallorca and of course Etna, we have cast the net even further afield to include regions like Santorini, the Canary Islands, Madeira, and Tenerife. And if that wasn’t enough we are including some brilliant gins from the Scottish Isles and a selection of top-notch rum from Fiji, Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. Wow!
