The Domaine vineyard’s are in the commune of Bué, three kilometres from the town of Sancerre. The vines are planted on the steep hard-calcaire soils that make rich, aromatic Sancerres. Yields are held low through a spring de-budding (one of main changes instituted in vineyards by Pierre) and harvesting is by hand.
