Details

It's the fine-grained tannin that really gets you over the line. It's attached to complex fruit, and undergrowth, and saltbush, and assorted herb and umami notes, but it's the finesse of that tannin and the way the fruit keeps on flowing through it that makes you stop to admire. there's also a layer of smoky, cedarwood oak evident in this wine but, given an extra year or two, this too will sink in and down, and this wine will then feel complete.
