Not the first Greek rosé to have that scent of decaying flowers and leaves that is, counter-intuitively, incredibly attractive (even sensuous, I'd argue). Florist shop meets garden-in-autumn meets under-hedgerow meets lying-in-long-grass-by-a-river-bank. Slight petillance. Tang. Iodine. Bitter orange juice. Satin texture and beautiful dustiness.
