25% whole bunch, aged in large format, neutral oak. Yarra Valley gamay – ripe, sweet fruited, approachable and oh-so smooth. All the ingredients are here for some immediate drinking pleasure led by raspberry, cherry and plum with violet florals, a splash of dried herbs and a lively spiciness, including some pepperiness, especially on the finish.
