The style is graceful and elegant, marked by the prettiness of the Cote des Blancs; the triteness of the Fleur de Champagne labels doesn't do the wines justice. The 1990 Femmede Champagne (a Prestige Cuvee based on almost 90% Chardonnay) is brioche-scented, voluptuous, sumptuous, and mouth filling. An organically produced Champagne is imminent.
