Domaine Jean Guiton

Guillaume Guiton took over officially from his father in 2003 after having worked full time in the cellars of this small domaine just south of Beaune. This is one of those tiny estates that are rarely seen outside of France but that have a strong and loyal following at home and can be found on the better wine lists in the bristros and restaurants of Paris and other cities. The wines of Guillaume have continuously impressed over recent years here for their no fuss, attractive and textural fruit. ROSCOE
