Domaine de Montfin

Chateau Montfin focusses entirely on old vines with some dating back to 1930. As an measure to ensure quality they keep yields low and handpick and sort grapes. And although the Languedoc region has long been known for its mass-produced, poor-quality wine, the production at Domaine de Montfin is very small, employing organic farming practices since 2009.
