Details

Younger nebbiolo fruit that was whole-bunch pressed into older wood and fermented wild. A bright, pale, salmon pink. Wild strawberries, subtle charcuterie, orange peel and bay leaf can all be found on the nose of this very sophisticated nebbiolo rosé.
