Damien Laureau
Since commencing work in the mid 1990's Damien has purchased and rented several prime tracts of vineyard in Savennieres with a total now of around 8.5 hectares of vineyards under his control. The vineyards are farmed organically and they are hand harvested. Fermentation occurs with natural yeasts and the wine passes through malolactic fermentation. The wines have great vitality with underlying minerality.
