Coulter Rose 2025

Coulter Wines is the project of South Australian winemaker Dave Coulter, who cut his teeth in some of the country’s leading cellars before launching his own small-batch label. Based on a minimal-intervention philosophy, the focus is on purity, precision and varietal clarity, with all fruit sourced from carefully chosen, sustainably farmed vineyards—primarily in the Adelaide Hills.

Fresh, vibrant and quietly sophisticated, opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberries, blood orange and a whisper of rosewater. The palate is crisp and finely textured, showing bright red berry fruit, white peach and subtle citrus zest carried by a refreshing line of acidity. There’s a lovely purity to the fruit—clean, energetic and dry—balanced by a soft, talc-like finish that makes the wine exceptionally drinkable. A pitch-perfect modern Australian rosé.
