Chateau Thivin

Chateau Thivin is one of the most famous producers in the entire Beaujolais region and the oldest on Mont Brouilly within the Cotes du Brouilly appellation. They produce from 50+ year-old gamay vines on south-facing sloping vineyards where they employ a pragmatic organic approach to farming. Fermentation follows the traditional whole bunch cluster regime and maturation is carried out in foudre.
