An exceptionally beautifully sited vineyard (riesling, pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot), winery and cellar door on a 55ha property with sweeping vistas from the Porongurups, operated by the Diletti family. The standard of viticulture is very high, and the vineyard itself is ideally situated. The two-level winery, set on a natural slope, maximises gravity flow. The Rieslings have always been elegant and have handsomely repaid time in bottle; the Pinot Noir is the most consistent performer in the region; the Shiraz is a great cool climate example; and Chardonnay has joined a thoroughly impressive quartet, elegance the common link.
