Organic, biodynamic and vegan friendly, the Casa Lluch is from winemaker Bodegas Enguera in Valencia. Made from locally certified organically grown grapes the Bodega was founded in 1999 and fruit is sourced only from their own vineyards where they can maintain strict controls on the quality of fruit and it shows.
This is pure and delicious from the outset with wafts of sweet red berries and mixed baking spice backing up the fruit. A drop of raspberry and a hint of blueberry are all swirled together in a velvety palate bursting with flavour and driving with wondeful vibrancy. There is lovely clarity to the soft and plush fruit too with a fresh lick of acidity and a touch of spicy tannins meshing it all together in a harmonious package that just sings!
