Bream Creek

Until 1990 the Bream Creek fruit was sold to Moorilla Estate, but since then the winery has been independently owned and managed by Fred Peacock, legendary for the care he bestows on the vines under his direction. Freds skills have seen both an increase in production and also outstanding wine quality across the range, headed by the Pinot Noir. The list of trophies and gold,silver and bronze medals won extends for nine neatly typed A4 pages. The Tamar Valley vineyard has been sold, allowing Fred to concentrate on the southern vineyards, where he is still a consultant/manager of non-estate plantings.
