BAROSSA IN FOCUS

 Saturday 11th July 12 pm - 2pm

Barossa is often spoken about as a region of power, but this tasting is designed to show just how much nuance, history and personality can exist behind that reputation. From the old-vine Grenache treasures of Hentley Farm and Yalumba to the finely etched Shiraz expressions of Eperosa, Head and Vanguardist, we will explore both the familiar and the unexpected sides of the valley. You'll taste the famous beauty-and-beast contrast of Hentley Farm, discover the elegance hidden within old-vine Barossa fruit, and see why some of Australia's most exciting winemakers are reshaping the region's image. The line-up stretches from vibrant Riesling and distinctive white blends through to deeply expressive Shiraz from a range of vineyards and philosophies. Along the way, we'll discuss old vines, site expression, winemaking choices and how Barossa continues to evolve while respecting its heritage.

Expect wines from some of the region's most respected names alongside smaller producers pushing the boundaries of what Barossa can be.

Whether you love classic Barossa richness or are curious about the region's more refined and contemporary face, this tasting offers both in equal measure.

Join us for an afternoon of discovery, conversation and some seriously delicious wines from one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions.
