It's nearly time for our Annual Rose and Sausages night at Prince Wine Store here in Sydney!
This is always one of our most fun and enjoyable events of the year and we have missed not being able to ring in the season with it over the last couple of years. But now we are back!
We have a incredible line up of 60+ roses on tasting from Australia, France, Italy and beyond, there's a sneak peek of the line up below. Some incredible wines in the mix there.
There will also be sausages. Not your run of the mill Bunning snags, but beautiful artisan snags from Feather and Bone made specially to order for us. I am sure many of you will know about these folks already but if you don't, they source and butcher only whole animals that have been sustainabilly raised. The quality here is very high.
