Wednesday May 3rd If you've been to Tuscany, you never forget it. It's a magical place that reminds us that working to live is much better than living to work. The postcard scenery, the renaissance cities, and of course the food and the wines! It's life-affirming stuff. That's why we've decided to bring a little of that back home to South Melbourne and more specifically, a special dinner event where by the whole of Bellota will become Tuscany for a night. The incomparable chef, Nicky Riemer, has prepared a wonderful menu full of the flavours of the Tuscan countryside and for our part we've put together a sensational set of wines (mostly sangiovese-based) to go alongside the food. From the Tuscan coastline, to Chianti Classico, Montalcino, Montelpulcinao, and beyond, we'll be transporting you to the heart of Toscana for one night only. The menu and wines are listed below.
