Grown with biological and sustainable farming practices, hand picked and whole bunch pressed to barrel for wild yeast ferment. A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Chardonnay. Full malolactic fermentation elevaged in old french hogsheads. Aromas of strawberry and fresh red fruits. Crunchy red berries on the palate.
