Prince Wine Store is proud to offer Level 1, 2 & 3 Award in Sake and Level 2 Award in Spirits.
As with the wine courses, level 1 & 2 are suitable for hospitality professionals and consumers with little previous knowledge, wishing to learn more about Sake and Spirits, while level 3 is more advanced and suited towards those in management roles in the industy.
It is highly recommended that those enrolling in level 3 have completed level 2 successfully.

Once you have paid in full for your course, you can collect your classroom booklet and materials from Prince Wine Store or relevant satellite location.
Cancellation policy:
If, for unforeseen circumstances, the course has to be cancelled you will be informed prior to the commencement date and refunded your money OR booked into a future course.
If a student cancels their registration within 72 hours of the course commencing a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. After this time, 100% of course fees may be forfeited.
If books have been collected, or an online preparation course has been accessed, these will be deducted from any refunds.
Courses require a minimum of 8 students to run.
